  • Two Most Recent Pay Stubs in Last 30 Days
  • Last Three Months Bank Statement
  • Appraisal Fee
  • Copy of Sale/Purchase Contract when available


For Self Employed Borrowers

  • Same as above, except Income Documents which as follows ;
  • Last Two Year Complete Tax Returns including Schedule A, B, C, E, 1120, 1120S when applicable.
  • Year to Date P&L (Profit & Loss)
